On the Facebook and Instagram page of WWF Dutch Caribbean we showcase the ‘Nature Pic of the Month’. Do you love taking photos of nature and you want to see your picture on our socials next month? Then send your snapshot to caribbean@wwf.nl! Who knows you’ll receive a message that your image has been selected. By participating in the series ‘Nature Pic of the Month’ you are agreeing to the following:

• You have captured the photo(s) yourself. It is not allowed to send pictures of someone else. You guarantee WWF-NL that the photos do not infringe any intellectual property rights and/or user rights of third parties.
• People of 16 years and older can participate. Written parental permission is required for children under the age of 16.
• By emailing one or more photos you agree that WWF-NL may use these photos for the Facebook and Instagram page of WWF Dutch Caribbean.
•  WWF-NL has the right to edit the photo into the best size that fits with the social media platform before posting it.
• WWF-NL does not owe you any compensation for the use of the photo(s).
• If the photo is posted on Facebook and Instagram page of WWF Dutch Caribbean, you agree to be mentioned and tagged in the post.
• Photo credit is included with your name on the image. In case of omissions or errors, no compensation will be due to the photographer.
• If your photo includes people, you must ask them permission first to publish it. By submitting your photo via caribbean@wwf.nl, you are confirming that you have received this permission.
• WWF-NL will not use your photo and name for purposes other than those described.
• You have the right to withdraw your consent by sending an email to caribbean@wwf.nl.
